Please visit reception in the first instance on arrival to our kura. Please do not visit your child’s class or walk around the premises during school hours.

If you have a scheduled meeting with a member of our staff, you will be asked to sign-in, which will alert the staff member of your arrival. If you have no scheduled meeting, you will be asked to leave your contact information with reception who will pass this on for you. Please be mindful that teaching staff may be in a class teaching, which means they will need to get back to you when they’re next available. This includes our school Deans, Deputy Principals, and Tumuaki/Principal who also teach throughout the week.

It is best practice to phone the school well in advance if you have an appointment for your child that you wish to be on time for. Students are released to authorised parents/caregivers/whānau only, that are listed on the students school profile on our database. If your child is unaware they are being picked up before school ends, please be prepared to wait while we locate your child and have them come to the office.
